So what is a Funnel?
A funnel is a step-by-step process that you put in place that your audience goes through to help you filter, capture, and convert them into sales or a new teammate!
Value comes first in a Network Marketing Funnel.
Providing value to your audience will keep them coming back to you for MORE. More information, more tips, more tricks, more reviews, more inspiration. What value are YOU bringing to your audience? Are you educating them on skincare? What primer is used for? Are you giving them tips on applying their makeup? Putting together information that is FREE to your audience builds trust and credibility with your audience.
For your viewers that might not know that you existed - this is a way for you to build a valuable light in their world and it moves them closer to feeling comfortable to purchase something from you.
THIS IS THE TOP OF YOUR “FUNNEL” which is AWARENESS. You are creating awareness around the products and services you offer.
This is way better than saying,“Oh hey, come buy my stuff.” Which on social media is as I like to call it “posting and praying”.
If you do it the way I’m suggesting, it will move people closer to wanting to do business with you because they will feel that they got value from you and the law of reciprocity is in motion.
You can build your prospect list faster with a network marketing funnel!
Providing value helps you to build your list so you know who to follow up with because let’s face it, most people don’t buy on initial contact. So you’re going to need to warm them up and follow up with them.
This can be done by adding them as a friend, continuing the conversation through messenger, adding them to your group. HOWEVER, YOU HANDLE new prospects. This is part 2 of your Funnel. CONSIDERATION. This way you know who is interested in what you have to offer.
SO after you’ve provided value - Create awareness around what you have to offer
You’ve created relationships and found the people who are considering your offer
This is where people purchase and you follow up with them!
AWARENESS. CONSIDERATION. PURCHASE.
Now you have to figure out WHERE you want your funnel to START and END!
AWARENESS can be made through all of your social media, blogs, tik toks, youtube, in person, email lists etc.
Where do you want people who are CONSIDERING your product to go? In your messenger, to your group, signing up for an email list?
And how do you want them to PURCHASE? Are you sending them your link? Are you bulk ordering etc. Tailor your experience to the client and make it as easy for them as possible.
Have a very clear idea of where you are creating awareness, how you are communicating with people who are considering and your process of purchasing.
Write it out like a map!
Facebook Post > Messenger > Link > Purchase
Blog Post > Facebook Group > Facebook Post > Messenger > Link > New Team Mate Sign Up
Google Search > Your Website > Newsletter Email Sign Up > Email Blast > Link > Purchase
There are many ways to guide a new person to your content to a purchase, and knowing that process helps you create more intentional content to lead your new audience to where you want them to go so that you can build those relationships with them and guide them through your funnel successfully.
